About the property
We have a really spacious, comfortable, fully-furnished 3-bedroom 2-storey townhouse in a great location in Norman Park. We are seeking a new housemate to replace our outgoing housemate who will be leaving in a couple of weeks.
The available bedroom is furnished with a double bed, large built-in mirrored closet, wardrobe, bedside table, ceiling fan and leafy, green view over the complex shared pool (rarely used). This room shares a bathroom with Joaquin.
We are hoping to find another easy-going housemate with good housekeeping instincts and who is keen to make the most of the house with us!

I'm Sarah (35, Colombia) migration services agent, UBX (boxing fitness) fan, currently studying for my masters. I live with my partner Tom (36, Australia) who has moved up from NSW, works a 2:2 fifo roster and loves music.
Joaquin (28, Peru) is here on a Working Holiday visa, works in the Brisbane port and enjoys climbing at the local climbing gym.
You would be joining a friendly and relaxed house- we're into music, occasional gigs etc, staying relatively active and making the most of Brisbane.
