There is a private paved courtyard ..Beautiful gardens surrounding this property which are kept hedged and weeded by Gardener... There is No car parking at the house but street parking is free 24/7...No restrictions...Air Con in lounge dining area. We are friendly and sometimes sharing meals, keeping place clean and tidy. Always up for conversation but respect privacy. Not a party house. ..The available single room will share downstairs bathroom and toilet with one male person.
Separate laundry...with front loader washing machine... Home is kept very clean and tidy.... Bathmats and mattress protectors are provided...Owner responds quickly to any issues...Grounds, paths gardens are well maintained by gardener..

We are quite tidy friendly caring group. .Always up for conversation and respectful of others privacy... Owner keeps all gardens, paths and building in great order. Responds quickly to any electrical, plumbing issues. Water is included but we all share electricity and Internet bill...
