This house is within a ten minute walk of the University of Qld and has a stunning river view. It's a 3 minute walk to a grocery store, newsagency, post office and restaurants. There is a bus stop to Toowong and the city almost right at the front door. It's a secure house in a safe neighbourhood and we are a friendly bunch! Top notch wifi, electricity, and hot water are all included in the price. I can also help you find your bearings in Brisbane.
