About the property
Our place is about a 15min walk from UQ’s St Lucia campus and 5min walk from Hawken Drive street with the best international food options and pilates studio.
The lease starts on the 18th of January but the room is available now if you’d like to move in earlier.
The location’s spot-on, halfway between Toowong and Indro, and just a couple of minutes’ walk to the bus. There’s a combined communal kitchen and lounge, one shared bathroom and a laundry in the garage. Out the back, there’s a lovely little patio overlooking the garden, perfect for a morning coffee or arvo chill. The landlord looks after the garden maintenance.
The room is perfect size, fits a queen bed and has a built-in wardrobe. The house is fully furnished so you’ll just need to bring your own stuff for your room.
In true St Lucia fashion, the house is at the bottom of a hill so no parking on the property but there’s plenty of street permit parking nearby.

I’m studying a Bachelor of Math and Econ at UQ. I am usually studying or working but when I’m free I love going for walks, buying overpriced coffees and just unwinding at home with a comfort show. It’s just me resigning the lease so I’m looking for two new people to share home with. I’m looking to get someone in that I can be friends with and someone that is a kind and considerate person with good communication.
