Living area has large dining table, leather recliner lounge, and a large TV with Sonos surround sound system. The sizeable furnished balcony has river and city views and the property has a quiet and relaxed vibe. Ideal for UQ student or city worker. Limited street parking only. Internet and utilities included in rent. Currently only one resident, a friendly, easygoing professional guy who works mostly from home and enjoys walking, cycling, hiking, camping, travelling, skiing (although obviously not in Brisbane!) and spending time at the beach or in the mountains and knows the best places to see in and around Brisbane.
