🌿 Walk to UQ, City Access, Riverside Living 🌿
Looking for a new housemate to join a relaxed, long-term home in one of Brisbane’s most convenient and underrated pockets.
📍 Location Benefits;
The house is a 10-minute walk to UQ — and even if you’re not a student, living near UQ is a vibe in itself. There’s a museum, food court, weekend markets, and regular events that make the area feel alive without being chaotic.
🚌 Easy city access!
We’re just 2 minutes from the 412 bus, which runs straight through to King George Station in the CBD. Makes communiting a breeze!
☕ Feeling hungry?
One minute past the bus stop is a local dining strip packed with cafés, restaurants, a grocery store, and essential services.
🌳 Nature on your doorstep.
There’s a scenic riverside walking path nearby, it's a calm green pocket that balances city life perfectly. Great for walks, runs, or just clearing your head.
🏡 Ideal for long-term living~
This place really suits someone who values short commutes, simple routines, and stability. I’m personally not a fan of moving often 😅 and the house reflects that energy.
📄 Lease details
The property has had a run of short-term tenants in the past, so the lease is a 12-month minimum. Must have a current job and a little rental experience to be accepted. Otherwise, it's perfect if you’re looking to properly settle in rather than bounce around.

🏡 Current Housemates
The house is currently occupied by Ish, Teague, and myself.
Teague will be moving out on Jan 19th.
This means we’re looking for a new long-term housemate to settle in and shape the next chapter of the house together.
👋 About Me – Dew (26, he/him)
Hey! I’ll be your potential long-term housemate.
I’m pretty evenly ambiverted, I do well in both quiet and social environments. That being said, I’m leaning toward a more social, friendly house this season as the other occupants move on to new chapters. Not after a party house per-say, but I enjoy share-housing most when I’m genuinely friends with the people I live with ☺️
I currently work two jobs and I'm setting up a business early next year, so I value a home that feels grounding, respectful, and easy to live in.
In my downtime I’m into:
Pixel art, creative writing, gaming with friends on PC, urban exploring, and aquascaping (please ask me about this at the inspection, I will happily ramble)
Le'Chelle (23, she/her) – Moving in next week
💪 Teague (20, he/him) – Moving Out Jan 19th
Teague moved in back in November as a short-term solution while waiting to move in with friends.
He’s social, keeps up a solid gym routine, enjoys going out occasionally, and otherwise spends time relaxing in his room or cooking in the kitchenn sometimes even sharing his meal preps if you’re lucky!
