The property is a modern 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse located on a quiet street in St Lucia. It comes with air conditioning and fans throughout, together with a large enclosed garage and laundry you can store things. Parking will however be permit on-street, but plenty of parks available right outside. It comes fully furnished throughout, however, I am happy if you would prefer to use your own bedroom furniture. The 3rd bedroom is currently an office space which you are welcome to share too. There is a large outdoor space on the ground floor with a bbq and seating, and you will also have access to your own balcony. It’s an 8 minute walk to the city cat stop and local grocery store/restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the bus stop that will take you into the city. It is also an easy, flat walk to UQ.

The household is non-smoking and shared with me and my big, friendly, but fairly elusive, ginger cat. I’m looking for a considerate, clean and easy-going flatmate (preferably female) who appreciates a relaxed, respectful home environment.
