About the flatmates
Hi I’m Sebastien, I am 21 and Professional Painter and decorator.
My old flat mate is moving back over seas so I’m looking for someone else to move in with me to help finish off the lease. Currently only myself living here.
A bit about me:
I’m awake most mornings at around 2-3am to go to the gym and start my day (I try to be as quiet as possible). I’m normally out of the house by 5-6am to start my working day and home by 2-4pm.
I keep to myself mostly and enjoy playing games, listening to music and reading books. I don’t really party, drink or smoke, only on special occasions.
Moved into this place in September 2025.
Bills are Gas, Water and Electricity. Already paid the first quarter a couple weeks ago.
No pets, no parties, if you smoke you can go out into the balcony.
I have my own wifi which you’ll be able to use, currently don’t have a couch but am working on getting one in the next few weeks.
Rents $400/week per person
Average price of bills per week $62.50 (water, gas, electricity and wifi)
Place comes with beds, side tables, a dish washer, washing machine and a dryer. Feel free to bring your own pillows and blankets.
