Hey! We are a group of friendly girls studying at UQ and looking for a non-smoker woman in a house a few min walk from UQ! There’s IGA and plenty of restaurant behind our place, with a bus stop right outside our place as well!

There will be some violin / harp practice happening as one of us is recording music for the final uni year, but will generally try to keep it quiet and peaceful. We have a group chat for communication, and no outsider overnight stays unless it’s a female friend. We would have cleaning and mowing rotation to keep the house clean, and can discuss any preference or suggestion regarding the house as well. We could also discuss rent price as well, to keep it all the same or to make it different according to the room sizes, whether we want to have more furnitures or share bills for wifi. Thank you!
