I have recently completed my degree at UQ and will be relocating to Tasmania at the end of February. I am looking for someone to take over my room from 2 March. Rent will start from 2 March. I am happy to offer early move-in from 28 February as I will be moving out early that morning.
I am ideally looking for someone who is studying or working full-time and is aged around 20 to 30 years old. The minimum stay is 4 months.

Naga is in his early 30s and from India. He completed his PhD at UQ and is now working full-time in the CBD. He enjoys going to the gym and cooking in his free time.
Andrea is in her mid 20s and from Italy. She works at a cafe in Toowong most days. She loves going to the beach taking day trips and spending time outdoors.

*Please note that the room does not have built-in air conditioning, and it can get quite hot during summer, including at night. I have a portable air conditioner that I bought 3 months ago, and if you need one, I can sell it for $200. I bought it for $450, so I think it is a good deal.
