Stan streaming available can be accessed in living area smart tv through Telstra box which also has options for Netflix etc, internet ethernet connection in bedroom if required. Flexible with room being furnished. We do have an inground pool but it’s currently out of order ie empty, sad face. Needs to be resurfaced. There is an outdoor entertaining area with BBQ. Hyperdome walking distance. Busway close by convenient to most amenities. Very quiet no through road safe friendly neighbourhood. Low set no stairs. Your own exclusive use bathroom with large walk in shower, and a seperate toilet located next to the bed room. The room also has a wooden Venetian blind. and blockout insulated curtains, and a door lock if requested.The spare room is next to the bathroom and if needed you can use it for additional shared storage space, Smoking is ok outside, we are both outdoor smokers. Please note 2 weeks rent in advance will be required, with 2 weeks bond. We allso have a female 6 yr old German Shepard her name is Tessa she is mostly outside. Although a little scary at first to some once she knows you she will love you and include you in her family.
