Hi there!

We’re Libby and Grady, 29 and 27. Libby is born and raised in Brissy and Grady from north England.
Looking for a like minded individual to join us in our home.

A little about us:
Libby
- I work full time Monday-Friday in healthcare, in my downtime I am usually out visiting family, friends, netball or walks.
- I do enjoy some down time where I will be cooking and watching tv etc.

Grady
- I work shift work in healthcare, in my downtime I am similar to Libby, always out and about making myself busy.

We do occasionally like to have family/friends over but we are not talking about a party house. We are talking uno, few drinks and cheese platter kind of vibe.

We are very clean and tidy people and would like someone to be the same and respect our home.
We do also have two fur babies who we keep inside and are very mindful of who we bring in, as we need someone to make sure they aren't let outside etc.

A little about the townhouse:
- You will have the second bedroom and your own bathroom (not the en-suite)
- Unfortunately parking will be street parking (right across the road)
- Bedroom is unfurnished
- We have mainly everything cutlery, utensil and appliance wise, however feel free to bring anything additional you would like (it may just need to be stored in your room)
- Location is ideal! 15 mins drive to the airport, and major highways. Bus stop right outside, two train stations down the road.
- Behind there is a walking path that leads right to Westfield Chermside.
- No smokers or pets
