We’re looking for one more mature considerate long term share housemate who will love our house and garden like it’s your own.
The house has everything - both normal and steam ovens, all kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, large TV, fireplace for cosy winter nights, large dining table, yoga space, conservatory, large front deck, laundry including dryer; with enough space for you to also make it your own.
Each of you will be able to use living spaces without being on top of each other and enjoy being 2km from the CBD in West End.
We are between routes 199 and 60/192, ten minutes from Orleigh Park Ferry, and yet in a serene and quiet house.
My other half Dave and I live in the granny flat downstairs with entry via a different gate and street. We love travelling, and are there around half the time.
We’d love to meet you if this sounds like you.
Sorry - absolutely no pets due to severe allergies and native garden with no lawn.
Cheers
