My partner and I are renting out our room (with private en-suite bathroom) while we travel in Europe! The room is within a fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit on the ground floor. You will be sharing the apartment with one other person (M22). The house is also equipped with an in-unit washing machine and dryer you can use!
The complex is ideally located next to a big Woolworths complex, that has several restaurants and cafes, hairdresser and barber, nail salon, a BWS and a Dan Murphy’s across the road.
The apartment complex itself has 3 pools, 2 gyms and BBQ areas, and is located right along the river with beautiful pedestrian and bike paths all the way along. Approximately a 15minute walk into South Bank as well. There are both ferry and bus stops close by to get around.
Please note, the entire complex is a non-smoking complex.
