room for rent in a cute 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom queenslander in west end! 🌱
about the house:
recently renovated queenslander with a back patio and a little backyard. the one car space in the driveway is currently being used but street parking is available.
less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of west end! lots of restaurants, pubs, etc. as well as a 10 minute walk to west village and other grocery stores, and only a 5 minute walk to the 199 bus stop to the city!
we are wanting to renew the lease for a whole year, with the lease beginning start of february. rent is $285 per week (bills not included but are reasonably priced).
about the room:
the room will be unfurnished and is at the front of the house with a private sleep out that can be used as a wardrobe, office, or a creative space! lots of natural light, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. there is also air conditioning in the living room!
