The apartment is in a great location - not to far to walk to the ferry, there is the bike trail along the river, and the #60 bus is a 5min walk away and can get you anywhere north or south. WE is chockers of cafes, bars, restaurants, a bathhouse, theatre and music venues. It ROCKS!
I am flexible with the move in date Feb/March depending on the agent writing up a new contract.
The room photo is the furniture from my housemate who is moving out. I may be able to get a bed in there for you but if you have your own bedroom furniture, please bring it. Same with some kitchenware as I don't have much. Otherwise the living room is sorted!

I work FT (wfh maybe twice a week) and usually do sports or social activities at night and weekends. Urban Climb is my second home atm! Keen to try more outdoor climbing this year.
I like recycling, funky earrings, bingeing tv shows, wine, live music, trivia.
I don't mind if I live with a quieter person and we both do our own thing. I can't cook much but am trying, and I'm awesome at the cleaning up.
