Lease: Must be prepared to be an approved tenant with the real estate, so please only apply if you have full-time employment or can afford it easily, and you are living here more permanently and can be reliable.
Room: the room has its own door onto the front deck, bathroom shared with one person. No aircon in room aircon in living area. Fireplace, big yard and two big decks. Would suit someone who only has furniture for thier room as the rest of the house is already fully decked out with stuff.

We are a pretty restful house and think of it as a bit of a haven, so we kinda keep to ourselves a bit most days but don’t mind a chat and a wine or two on the deck in the arvos, someone a little independent who doesn’t need company all day and doesn’t have visitors too constantly would be ideal. It’s best to be clear and upfront so we find the right fit where we all want the same thing.. Would suit someone who works a lot and likes a quiet lifestyle and prefers to do most of their socialising out of the house like us (Barr the occasional gathering or cook up).
We are after someone down to earth, clean, environmentally, inclusive and open minded, upfront about their needs and really good with communication.
Sooty is our cat and she is super clean and affectionate, No more pets please as she doesn’t like other animals.
Looking for someone late 20s to early 40s. No couples sorry.
