About the property
Hi, I’m David. I live upstairs with Seamus, and we’ll be sharing the space with the new housemate. Downstairs is Troy and Sahara, a couple. We’re looking for someone aged 20–25 who is very clean, considerate, and able to pull their weight around the house without being asked — cleanliness is the biggest priority for us.
The property is a two-storey house in a great location on Kedron Brook Road, Wilston. It’s ideal for anyone who enjoys walking, running, or being active, with scenic paths nearby, plenty of gyms, and easy access to public transport, shops, uni, and the CBD.
Downstairs includes the garage and a shared laundry with a washing machine. Upstairs is where you’ll be living and has everything you need on one level, including air-conditioning and fans in every room, shared living spaces, and both a front and back balcony.
The house is fully furnished with a TV, couch, dining table, air fryer, fridge and pantry space, plus extra storage. Rent is $230 per week, with all bills split evenly. We’re a relaxed, friendly house and not a party house — as long as the place stays clean and everyone is respectful, it’s an easy place to live.

About the flatmates
You’ll be living upstairs with David and Seamus. Downstairs are Troy and Sahara, a couple. We’re a relaxed, friendly household and get along well, but we’re very big on cleanliness — everyone is expected to clean up after themselves and share responsibilities without being reminded.
David studies and Seamus works during the day, so the house is often quiet and not a party house. We’re respectful of each other’s space and value a tidy, considerate living environment. If you’re clean, thoughtful, and easy to live with, you’ll fit in well.
