About the property
My housemate is looking to sublet his awesome room in Windsor from ASAP until mid July (with some possible flexibility). He is heading back to Colombia due to family commitments, and there is a possibility of signing onto the next lease (starting mid July) depending on his circumstances. The house is an absolute dream with lovely housemates.

About the flatmates
You’ll be sharing the house with Sophie (29), Suvradip (29) (a couple) and Ben (30). As there have been periods where Suvradip has had to live in other cities for months for work, we’ve had arrangements where in a 3-person arrangement the rent is $240 for this room, however in a 4 person arrangement it is $195. Currently it’s 4 people, so $195/week.
We’ve lived together for a while now and genuinely love the dynamic we’ve built - it’s warm, flexible, communicative, thoughtful, and light-hearted. This is a home where people check in with each other, respect shared space, and still have a laugh. It’s honestly been a joy living here, and we’re hoping to find someone who fits that same energy.
Ben (30)
Software engineer by day, all-round good egg by night. Loves volleyball and golf, is a regular at trivia and board game nights, and somehow always ends up taking care of the garden and house maintenance (without being asked). Has also been known to give housemates airport lifts — a true flatmate love language.
Sophie (29)
A clinical psychology Masters student and the house extrovert. Big fan of reality dating shows, sitcoms, Bridgerton, and anyone willing to do a crossword with her. Loves a chat in the kitchen but also deeply respects alone time - emotionally intelligent vibes only.
Suvradip (29)
Lawyer/scientist turned PhD student who loves cricket, random niche activities, and introducing people to Bollywood films they didn’t know they needed in their life. Always happy to help with practical things or explain something you didn’t realise you were curious about.
Overall, we’re a friendly, respectful, and easy-going household - the kind where you’ll feel comfortable doing your own thing, but also welcome to join trivia, games, or a spontaneous movie night. We’re keen to find someone who’s kind, considerate, and looking for a home.
