The house is dual storey with bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen, lounge, and garage downstairs. There’s a small courtyard with outdoor seating, perfect for a coffee or evening drink.
Two and a half bathrooms in total, with two upstairs and an extra toilet in the laundry. The master has an ensuite.
The Room
Spacious room at the front of the property that fits a king bed and desk comfortably, with no shared walls for extra privacy. Other rooms are down the back of the property. You’ll have your own bathroom, study nook just outside the room, air conditioning, a three bay wardrobe, and extra hallway storage.
Only planning to have one other housemate (you) so the place stays open and spacious

At home I’m easy going and like to keep things clean and tidy, but I understand that life happens sometimes. I value open communication and a relaxed, friendly vibe in the house.
I’d love to live with someone social who’s up for a chat or the occasional shared meal. Most weekends I’m away camping, riding, or outdoors somewhere, so you’ll probably have the place to yourself a fair bit.
I’m attempting to get a little veggie garden going, so bonus points if you’re into that sort of thing too!
