About the property
** I SHARE CUSTODY OF MY DOGS WITH MY PARENTS **
They live with me for a week or two and I give them back.They are old ladies, one is deaf, but they do love people just not other pets. They are also toilet trained. (Pls see last photos)
The place is right outside a busy bus stop. There is a bus almost every 3 minutes to the city at peak hours. There is also a but to Lutwhyche grocery shops every 10 minutes and one to Chermside every 15. The train station is also 5 minute walk away and is useful for getting to the valley.
There is also a 24/7 gym a 15 minute walk away that is part of the fitness passport plan. If not you can catch the bus to Lutwyche HomeCo. which has a snap fitness, and a bit further there is a good life.
Just outside there is a decent Thai place and a vegan cafe. Both are good and personally tested.
The place can get noisy from the main road but the insulation is very good and blocks it all out. The AirCon is in the living room and so at night I just open the room doors which has worked for me during the summer.
Technically you will have your own bathroom for your use as I have my own. The washing machine is in that room so I will need access to it occasionally but the tub is all yours. The washing machine is also a dryer.
There is no TV because I have a projector and it helps with the screen time. I don't object to a TV though hehe. There is also a vinyl player so you can enjoy the music with a glass of wine. I am happy to share my games and all. There is no internal for the time being as it is only me atm. We can discuss internet plans when you move in. Otherwise I'm okay being offline.
I am a big believer in quality so the kitchen has a lot of quality tools. I have a kitchen aid, Victorinox knives, zojirushi rice cooker, NutriBullet, scan pan and very nice tableware. I take good care of them. You will be free to use these provided you care for them as well :)

My parents and I share custody of my old ladies. They are angels mostly. They are 11 + 13 years old so they aren't going to bother you and they don't bark often. You will be meeting them when we arrange a meet up. The pups stay with for a few weeks on and off.
I am in a LDR with my sweet gf in Denmark and she visits for a month every year and I go for a month as well.
