The downstairs level has four bedrooms in total. Two of the rooms are occupied by friendly long-term tenants (university students – 1 male and 1 female). The third bedroom is a master room with ensuite that is listed on Airbnb for short-term stays. You will be sharing the downstairs space with the two long-term tenants and Airbnb guest.

Upstairs is a completely separate living area where my dad and younger brother live, so the downstairs area functions like its own self-contained share house.

. Unfortunately, there is no air-conditioning or ceiling fan

Rent: Paid fortnightly in advance
Bond: 4 weeks’ rent, lodged with the RTA
