Im searching for a housemate for my rental in Woolloongabba. Its a cute cosy 2 bed unit with one bathroom. PET FRIENDLY but already has cats so no more pets at the property.

Current housemate is departing so We're looking for another Gem to live with us 🫶🏽

The place is in a convenient location opposite South City Square, 60 Second walk to the bus stop which takes you to cbd in less than 10mins too.
There's a Woolworths, cinemas, restaurants, fast food you name it within 5 min walk from ours. Theres a GYM around the corner too.

Room is $280 furnished + bills included. No bond! Flexible on how long as ive lived here for a while.

Applications goes through our Real Estate & Rent is Paid on a TUE to be sent off on WED (Weekly) NO COUPLES!! Sryy

Abit about Mee:

Call me Shrads (28), From Nz, came here back in 2015. Its defo home for me. I work full time and have 3 furbabies that you'll also live with. I work alot but when I'm not at work im either out and about, gyming or just straight being a house potato for the day especially after my fridays. Lovee a cook up and chats, coffee runs is a must.

- BIG on respecting each others personal space//belongings so im looking to find someone with similar interests/authenticity.

- You have to love animals, if you don't then soz this won't be the place for you. Another words if they dont pass you for vibe check its a NO.

- Heavy on Clean Space - Clear Mind so please always clean up after yourselves pleasee 🫶🏽
