We own a new architect designed two storey home in Woolloongabba, Stones Corner, not far from the Stones Corner bus station and burandah bus/train station.
Stones corner, Woolworths, langland park pool, community garden, the Gabba etc are all close by.

We have separate accommodation area upstairs in our home. It is separate from our living quarters. We occupy the ground floor.
We have two bedrooms to rent out. Both have a bathroom and a shared kitchenette, living and dining area.
The kitchen has a large fridge, cooktop, sink and dishwasher.
There is a small deck off the living dining area with park views.
There is a separate washing machine and we share the clothes line.
You will be able to come and go through front door and enter without us knowing. Your bedroom is totally lockable and furnished with large desk and built in wardrobe.
There is a ceiling fan and also ducted air conditioning, if required.

House is secure with crim safe screens and security gate with monitor.
