Our cosy flat is right in the heart of Woolloongabba! 🏠
A 2-minute walk to Coles, the gym, and heaps of cute coffee spots. If you’re into cricket or AFL, even better as we’re a 6 minute walk to the Gabba!
You’ll be taking the large bedroom, which is super spacious. It comfortably fits a wardrobe, drawers, a queen bed and a desk, with plenty of room left over (yes, there’s even space to roll out a yoga mat if that’s your thing).
There’s a washing machine in the garage downstairs, a cute balcony to have a coffee on or house some plants if that’s up your alley. There’s also a clothesline downstairs in the complex or we have foldable clotheslines for the balcony.
I’ll be moving to the Sunshine Coast and will be selling basically all of my things so if you’re needing any furnishings (bed, desk, drawers, etc etc) just reach out and happy to include for you. Otherwise the room will be unfurnished ready for you to move in ✨

About the flatmates
You’ll be living with Loughie, 26M, (pics for reference) who is genuinely one of the most chill housemates you could ask for. I’m very much a girly pop who’s always lived with friends and other girls, Loughie has been nothing short of amazing to live with!
He’s an OT, usually working 8–4ish, either in the city or out seeing clients, and occasionally works from home (hence the desk). He’s super tidy, cleans up after himself, but somehow never seems to make a mess. He’s easygoing, enjoys movie nights, nerding out on motorbikes / Anime, going out for food and drinks, and spending weekends relaxing on the Gold Coast. He has a partner in Sydney who visits every few weeks, however when she visits they usually go to the Coast to spend it with family.
Loughie is looking for a housemate (male, female, or couple) who matches a similar vibe, friendly and respectful, happy to share a snack or movie if it feels right, but also totally respectful of personal space and downtime.
