About the property
I am leaving my bedroom in this amazing flat and looking for someone to takeover my lease which runs until the end of June but you can extend it if you like.
I really love the area and the house, you will have everything you need right at your doorstep, there is woolies just downstairs, pharmacy, restaurants and more!
The flat is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, so you will have your own bathroom (not ensuite), and the bedroom is quite spacious, it has a built in wardrobe with mirrors and it fits a queen bed, work desk, and other small pieces of furniture.
The apartment comes with washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and some kitchenware. The rest of the furniture in the house/bedroom is mine and I’m looking to sell it so if there is something that you would like just let me know!
