- Your room includes a ceiling fan and double wardrobe, and could easily fit a large desk, Queen bed and plenty of shelving. You’ll get the biggest room in the house with plenty of natural light and breeze!
- bathroom shared between all 3 housemates but we are SUPER clean and we hope you are too!
- Lease approved for one dog (but possibly can change pending owner approval)
- bills NOT included, usually $200/month split between us.
- lease ends August 2026 but real estate agent is confident the owner will renew.
- long-term housemate preferred! We are looking for stability and a peaceful home :)
- we need a fridge, washing machine, TV, couch, microwave and cutlery/plates. Bonus if you have any furniture!

👩🏻👩🏼 About Us (Housemates)
Maddy: 23 y/o in my 3.5th year of a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science. I love going to the gym or for a run, getting a sweet treat and cafe hopping. When I’m at home I love to play a bit of ambient music, cook a hearty meal and play Xbox or watch a movie. I loveee when my housemates join me, but also enjoy and respect our own space. I’m mostly an extrovert but do have a quiet side to me.

Ashley: 22 y/o studying a Bachelor of Art. She is an amazing artist who is almost always in her room painting, listening to “slinky” music, watching anime or bouncing on her yoga ball. She enjoys matcha, thrifting, the colour green and rock climbing. She usually tucks away in her room at night but she also enjoys watching a movie or getting a little silly.

Our household vibe:
Social but respectful (occasional parties/gatherings ok). During semester we are usually focussed on study/work but will still chat when home and unwind together. 🌿 friendly but please just do it outside lol.

Ideal flatmate:
✔ Respectful, clean & friendly (tidiness is essential to us. We clean up after ourselves and do a group cleaning session at least once a month)
✔ Uni student / full-time worker / flexible schedule
✔ Female-only. If you have a partner we just ask they don’t stay over excessively.
