The room has ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and blackout blinds for your weekend sleep-in. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished.
The apartment complex includes free use of the top floor BBQ and entertaining area with amazing city views.
This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment (built in 2015) has a secure entry, large private balcony, fly screens and good soundproofing. Located only one street from the PA Hospital, the apartment is a convenient 5 minute walk to Buranda train station and bus station, and only a 5 minute walk to the PA Hospital bus station. Only 12 minutes total travel time to UQ via bus, and 15 minutes to Griffith University.
For those who need a secure and guaranteed car park, rent is $360 a week. For those who don’t or are happy with street parking, I can offer a discounted rate of $330 a week. Street parking is available for a cheap annual fee on the same street as the apartment, though this can be limited at times.
The apartment is less than 200m away from Woolworths and Target, which are located in a bustling inner-city local shopping centre, and the Stones Corner shopping strip is only a short walk away. There is also a 24-hour supermarket 500m away.

This apartment is NOT suitable for a smoker, as body corporate laws prohibit smoking anywhere on the premises, including balconies.
The room and apartment is available to inspect most days Monday-Friday from 4.30 pm, and most weekends.
