Our house is a very spacious 2 story home situated in Woolloongabba. This room is downstairs which has its own separate living from upstairs. Downstairs has its own modern kitchen and living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One room has an ensuite so you would only be sharing the other bathroom withone other girl from the other room. We are situated just 3km to the city, being just moments from Cafes, Cinema, Gym, Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and Hanaromart. Also very convenient to public transport, only 100 meters away from the Buranda Train station, Busway and Bikeway. We are also only a short 1km walk to the Princes Alexander hospital and just under 3km to the QUT Gardens Point.
A fully maintained swimming pool is available where you can cool down during the hot Brisbane summer.
Price includes; cable Internet, all utilities and linen if required.
