I work from home full time, so I’m ideally seeking a housemate who is quiet (preferably independent or introverted), considerate, clean and not home often. Because of my work setup, the apartment isn’t suitable for someone who needs to be home during business hours.

The room would suit a FIFO/DIDO worker, a boarder or someone looking for a short-term arrangement, though I am open to other arrangements. It is available to a single person only, not suitable for couples, friends or students, unless working full time.
