Our apartment sits just behind Fairfield Road. Our street and building are filled with some lovely people we call neighbours, and it's close to plenty of amenities like the Yeronga train station, bus stops, cafes, parks, dog parks, cycling routes, a laundromat, and Restaurants.

We love how quiet the area is despite being inner-Southside. Our spacious back patio overlooks an undeveloped block with a big beautiful heritage-listed tree - we have many four-legged and winged neighbours, but they keep to themselves (though they do like to show off at dusk!). We love our sunset dinners and friend gatherings out here, as well as it being the perfect spot for our native plant nursery!

Ryan, the continuing roomie, really just keeps to himself, meaning you’ll have the whole home to decorate how you like basically! He works as a teacher, is a gamer and has some social hobby communities he goes and hangs out with weekly.

We really dig how surprisingly big this flat is. It’s reasonably wide but very long, and the layout provided a very communal patio -> living -> kitchen/dining open space! You get great light practically the whole day with no spot ever getting direct sunlight for that long. The aircon in the central area works the whole place if the outside air is being typical SEQ muggy though ;)
