I have a master bedroom up for rent in our sharehouse as I am sadly moving next month for work. It's only $190 plus bills. The room has its own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. It is unfurnished except for a desk and chair. It has a ceiling fan for those hot days and air conditioning in the lounge room. There is a pool with an outdoor area and off-street parking is available as well as an undercover car park. The train station is only a 10-min walk and the bus stop is across the road. Everything is close by including Woolworths, Coles, Aldi and heaps of little cafes and shops. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is only a 10-minute drive.
Available 27th August We have a room for rent in our two story, 3 bedroom townhouse in Yeronga. The room: Currently furnished with a King Single bed, drawers and a built-in wardrobe. The studio room is downstairs and secluded from the house. There is a bathroom (shower, toilet, basin) within the studio room. We are flexible with smokers. There will also be minimal noise on our end which is ideal for those seeking a quiet home. There is plenty of on-street parking at all times. Our home is great due to it's location and access to public transport, schools and local shops. The neighborhood is friendly, easy-going and has numerous community activities available throughout the year. Great location on a quiet street in Yeronga. This is a great location for uni students as it is walking distance to UQ campus. The 105/107 bus stop is at your doorstep and the Yeronga train stop is a 7 min walk away - making it very easy to get to campus, hospitals, Culture Centre, CBD, etc. Nice parks and running routes in the area and close to the Brisbane corso. Yeronga village shops are a 5 min walk away, with several restaurants, bakeries, cafes, a pharmacy and health clinic, dry cleaners, butcher, post office and groceries. Coles/Aldi Fairfield are an 18min walk away (2min bus or train). Your bedroom comes with a floor to ceiling built in wardrobe and is fully furnished. The office has a desk and chair if you would like to keep it. The house has fast internet and each room has air-conditioning. The kitchen/dining area has a gas stove and oven, fridge, microwave and a heap of small appliances. It also has all the cutlery, crockery, cooking and baking items, glassware that you could ever need. The owners are fantastic and have been very quick to address any issues.

A separate study is next to the room equipped with a TV and desk which I’m happy to move into your room if preferred. There’s also a bathroom you’ll have for yourself, complete with towels and linens. There is parking on the street if you have a car. Rent includes all bills – internet, electricity and water. The house is fully furnished and features good sized and well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and cute little courtyard. A beautiful cat lives here and he’s very friendly without being overwhelming – a lot of non-cat people like him! He is an indoor cat and likes to hang out but won't sit in your lap (unless forced to). Located less than five minutes’ walk from Yeronga station it’s very easy to travel into the city – it’s about 20 min from Yeronga station to Central. Café’s and restaurants are 5 minute walk away. Coles is walking distance, but I’m happy to go on joint shopping trips if you need a car. Although I enjoy having a drink with friends in the courtyard, this isn’t a party home. I have no problem with your friends coming over so long as the party doesn’t get huge. In saying that I'm an easy going guy who's always happy to chill out. My home is LGBT+ friendly.
