We live in a super nice second floor unit. The spaces are full of light and breezy. We are a less than 5 minute walk to the train station, and a 10 min drive to south bank and the city. Yeronga has great parks and shopping villages and is a lovely quiet suburb. The room fits a double bed and has a built in wardrobe. There is also the option to buy the existing double bed and mattress from my housemate for cheap. She's moving to Tasmania and doesn't need it. The house has a separate bathroom and toilet, and unlimited internet that is $20 per person per month. And we only pay electricity and gas bills. We also have a balcony with a garden. Basically I've lived here for 4 years and I love it!

We have a big and rather charming house in Yeronga. We are walking distance to Fairfield shopping centre and train station, 104 and 196 bus stop and Yeronga Village. We are very proud to say that our house is CLEAN and TIDY! All occupants are encouraged to participate in the establishment of a cleaning roster to ensure that it stays that way! Fantastic access to Yeronga Train Station at one end of the street and Park Road Bus Stop at the other end. Everything is included - you just need to bring bedding, personal clothing/items and supply your own food! House is security keyed with your key providing access to the house and your room only. There will only be 2 people sharing the bathroom on a regular basis as the Tenant in Room D has an ensuite. We are also in the process of getting air-conditioning installed for the room.

It has a large kitchen with pantry, lots of cupboard space, oven/grill/4 burner cooker, fridge/freezer, dual sink and a lovely view of the garden. The bathroom has as normal, a toilet, sink with mirrored cupboard, bath/shower and towel rails. There is a large sun room at the front with lots of windows, a 6-8 bench seater dinning table and a lining cupboard. We also have a small office/study which is unused by myself. There is a large garden that runs the whole way around the house but has the front part fenced off as we have a little dog living here also (sorry no other pets allowed). As being a queenslander there is heaps of storage under the house with a concreted section with lots of tables and cheers for entertaining. aslo has a large top loader washing machine, triple sink and various clothe lines. All within 1klm of the house is Fairfield gardens shopping centre, Fairfield train station, numerous bus stops, numerous parklands, skatepark, the Brisbane river, bottle shop, coffee shop, yeronga shopping village, the list go's on. 5-10 mins to the CBD. The street is very quiet with no through traffic due to the main road having a one way exit and not having a route through to annerly. Would prefer a non smoker but do not mind smoking as long as its outside. THE DETAILS: For $181.50 you have your own room with HUGE built in wardrobes with full length mirror, built in draws and a large mirror with light. Windows on two walls with views of the front garden. This includes unlimited cable internet. Bills on top are just electricity and gas, being around $160 combined per person per quarter (so all in around $195 a week). Water is paid by the owner. Preferable would like you to go on the lease but will allow an off lease trial period for the right person (all applicants are subject to have there details checked by the real estate before being accepted). THE IDEAL HOUSEMATE: Being an all male house (with one moving out) i'm looking to make it a mixed sex house as i find it more enjoyable as males and females having there different traits as housemates. Ideally i'm looking for a working female between the ages 25-35 who likes dogs. Must be clean, tidy and home proud. This is a fairly quiet and chilled out house. We don't really have any party's, just have a couple of friends over now and again for some food and drinks. I'm usually up around 5:30 and in bed for 9ish so someone with a similar pattern would be ideal but not that important. Must be a dog lover as i have a small female terrier called pip. I'm not asking you to clean up after her but it would be a bonus if you would be able to treat her as your own and look after her on the occasion i may be away. She's very smart, trained and lovable. It's an enormous old Queenslander with high ceilings and huge open plan living, gas cooking and slightly questionable Lino choices. There are two enclosed verandas which are unfurnished and can be used for storage or you could turn them into a study or something, whatever floats your boat. Maybe you have a ping pong table? Or like five sofas for some reason? Or a weird collection of troll dolls you need to store? (we don't judge!) No worries, bring them along cos we have plenty of space! We also have two gardens where you could grow veggies (we attempted a herb garden but have to admit we are newbies to gardening, RIP Basil.) **Bedroom 2** $145/wk bills separate 3.4m x 3m, French doors onto enclosed veranda, comfortably fits queen bed, bedside tables, cupboard and desk. Can be furnished with a queen mattress, only one year old and barely used ($450). **Some other stuff** So that we can lodge bond with the RTA everyone should be an approved tenant, but you don't need to be on the lease unless you want. Fairfield Gardens is a 2 minute walk (Snap fitness/ Coles/ fruit shop/ chemist), Slinky Espresso is directly across the road from us, as well as a sushi train and Liquorland. 2 minute walk to the 196 bus which runs every 15 minutes to the city, 4 minute walk to Fairfield Train Station.

Massive backyard. Big deck House comes with the cutest dog on earth. located on a quiet street with friendly neighbours. The room is medium sized (approx 6 x 3m). I have always lived with females as I find them easier housemates and cleaner etc (grew up with sisters) and so am comfortable with and prefer that. I am a PE teacher and not a big partier.
