My little place is comfortable, modern and in the awesome suburb of Yeronga! It is a two bedroom townhouse/duplex, that is private and quiet with great living area and kitchen, plus a nice outdoor courtyard/entertaining area. It is just a couple of minutes walk to shops with all the necessities, plus a short 5min walk to the train station. Supermarket is only 5mins drive away. It is also only 200m to the river, with lovely walking routes around the area. We don't have air-conditioning but the house is very well insulated to keep cool and is also quite warm in the winter too!
