Come join our relaxed share house 😊 You'll be living in a three story
townhouse, with your room on the third floor. Outside your room you have a built-in desk area with an aircon, and next to that your own bathroom (with a bath too). The room has a ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe and big windows with fly screens. It gets lovely light in the morning especially. Take a look at the floor plan image - your space is highlighted in yellow.

What we love about this house is that there is so much room for everyone to have their own space (when they want it!). The entire middle floor is the common space - a large kitchen, a cosy lounge and a big balcony.

Have a look at the bottom of the listing for a bit about us as roommates. We’re not a party house at all, but we are social as roommates and would be a bonus if we could be friends with our new roommate too!

TRANSPORT
You'll be just 5 mins walk from Yeronga train station and there is also a bus stop literally right outside. It is super easy to get to UQ (the bus comes right outside and you’ll be there in less than 15 mins). If you work in the city that’s easy too, the train takes 20 mins max. I leave at 8am to be at work in the city by 8:30.

THE AREA
We're close to lots of green spaces and the river (great if you love running, cycling or walking). The place is across the road from a shop complex with a bakery, cafe, fruit shop, chemist and night owl which is really handy.

PETS
We also have a lovely cat, Audrey🐱We don’t usually let her in the bedrooms so you are more than welcome to do the same. She’s a very chill cat, gets along with anyone and Jas is good about keeping her litter clean too.

ROOM UNFURNISHED
Images are just from the real estate listing of course, the room isn’t furnished. But the rest of the house is fully furnished (fridge, lounge, washing machine etc.).

MOVE IN DATE
The move in date is flexible, any time between now and the 5th March would work for us.

PARKING
Unfortunately there is no off-street parking available. There are heaps of parks on-street around the place. Usually you can get a spot right outside front, otherwise there are spots on side streets 1 min walk from the townhouse complex.
