We're looking for someone to take over of the rooms until the end of lease in June. About the house: The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Security screens on every door and window. It has a spacious layout and the whole house is furnished, no need to bring anything but we can accommodate if so. About the room: The room is huge with a large glass sliding door. No built in's unfortunately but plenty of space to put one. About the bills: The room is $125 a week. Internet is $12/m and is unlimited data. Electricity is roughly $100-$120/q. Water is roughly $50/q. So on as an estimate, bills would be $20 a week. About the area: We're situated in a really lovely suburb, very homely and safe. The house is a short (150m) walk to the 105 bus, just down the road. It takes you in the city and to Indooroopilly. It is also a short (2.5km) drive to Fairfield train station. The train station is situated behind Fairfield Gardens where you'll find Coles, Greengrocers, BWS, Liquorland, Post Office, Snap Fitness and more. There's a 7/11 servo there as well. You'll find another 7/11 in Yeronga near Dominoes Pizza, Subway, a doctors surgery, chemist and more. This place really is in the best location. Annerley, Buranda and Woolloogabba are a short 8/10min drive away too where you'll find so much more, KFC, Woolworths, Zambrero's and GYG included. The house is near Brisbane Corso which is very popular for bike riding and morning/afternoon runs. Brisbane Corso leads to Green Bridge which will take you over the river to UQ. Hi there! Sadly I am looking for someone to fill my room in this beautiful, airy Queenslander in Fairfield (inner city/south Brisbane). Myself and my 2 housemates Sarah & Annie have had the pleasure of being the first people to live in this home (beginning Jan 2017) since it has been renovated and it has in no way disappointed. The house is in the most convenient location with a train station at the end of the street and a small shopping complex (also with bus stops) including coles, etc. one street behind! And there is also off street parking to park your car in the rarely large driveway. There is also a very generous sized yard with a small deck and vegetable patch we have added ourselves. The room as pictured above comfortably fits a queen bed, draws, bedside table etc. and there is a ceiling fan. All of the other living areas are also quite spacious and there is room for storage under the house. The windows in the room open into the sunroom area at the front of the house. I am only moving from this property due to moving in with my partner however like I said above I cannot stress the convenience of location for anyone working or studying in the inner city area! I’m looking for someone to share this gorgeous, spacious Queenslander home with.
