About the property
Our share home is a townhouse located in the heart of Yeronga - just a 2 minute walk to the train station and multiple bus stops.
We are walking distance to Yeerongpilly shopping centre, which has everything you need (Woolies, gym, bakeries etc) and just a short drive to Fairfield Gardens which has a Coles and numerous food options as well.
The room is available from the 22nd January and we are looking for someone to take over the lease from our current house mate. The lease will renew on 14th Feb. If you sign on for the year and need to move out within that time, you will be expected to fill the room with a new tenant yourself.
At $195 a week, you’re getting an absolute steal. I doubt you can find a place this cheap so close to the city.

I’m Daniel, I’m 25 and I work in primary education. I work full time and I play soccer 3 times a week so I’m barely home. In my spare time I love hanging out with friends, going to gigs and going to the beach 🏄♂️
Lachie is also 25 and works full time in marketing. He loves rock climbing and camping. Lachie will move out in may to move to Scotland.
Eloise is 23 and also works full time in primary education as a teacher aid. She loves sport and going for a boogie 💃
We’re all very layed back people but we maintain a clean household.
