About the property
Spacious Unfurnished Air-conditioned private room with lock and built in wardrobe.
Toilet and shower are shared with one occupant but kept clean and tidy. Towel rack provided and you are welcome to use existing toilet paper, soap, etc. A towel can also be provided. Includes personal medicine/grooming cabinet behind bathroom mirror.
Laundry and kitchen are shared, with ample fridge space, washer and dryer, and dishwasher provided, as well as other pictured amenities and appliances.
Unlimited gigabit internet is provided with wireless/wired access, as well as all other utilities included.
We currently have a spare double bedframe that you can use if you would like, and we would be willing to acquire a new mattress if desired. We would also be willing to provide a desk and chair if desired.
There is ample street parking and parking on property can be negotiated.
Yeronga train station is a 3-minute drive or 15–20-minute walk away. Nearest grocery store is a 5-minute drive.

I currently work at Woolworths, Kye works as a programmer for Wabtec, and Alec is unemployed. We were all born and raised in the greater Brisbane area, with me having met Kye through the Engineering course we both took at Griffith. Kye and I have been living together for a year and a half, with Alec having joined us a year ago.
