I’m a 39 year old working professional. I work at a university and am primary in the office most days.
I enjoy gym, music, going to gigs and travelling.
I’m a happy and easy going person. I’m a fairly social and enjoy having friends over for dinner. That said, I’m by no means a party person but I’m totally fine for my flatmates to have friends visit.
I recently purchased the townhouse. It’s on the smaller side but is lovely. Yeronga train station is 5 mins walking away at the end of the street. The room I’m renting is quite large and would fit a queen bed plus a desk. I have furniture for the room available if you need it.
Looking for someone that is a good communicator. I’ve lived in many share houses and find that’s the best way to have a great environment at home.
