About the property

If you’re looking for somewhere bright and central, yet still super peaceful, this is the place for you.

Your bedroom has plenty of space for a queen bed + any decor you may decide, and comes with a huge 3 door wardrobe to squeeze in all your clothes and knick knacks.

Downstairs, besides the incredible high ceilings, there’s a fully equipped kitchen, European style laundry, huge living space, built in study and front and rear courtyards. With a north-east aspects, the place is light-filled all year. It also comes with ducted heating and cooling in all rooms to get you through whatever weather Canberra throws at you.

The location in old Griffith is perfectly convenient. You’re steps from the R6 bus into the city (literally) and the local shops including Recess Coffee and the Griffith Butcher. Manuka is only another 10 minutes away on foot.

My housemate moving out is taking a number of the plants, along with the couch and dining chairs, so I would welcome any pieces you're moving with - original real estate listing photos also included for space check.

About the flatmates

Hi there! I’m Eepeng 👋
I’m 32, working in government, have lived in Canberra for a few years now (moved from Perth in 2021).

Work keeps me busy so I enjoy my downtime on weeknights and usually spend the weekends catching up with friends, planning holidays and reading (don’t mind a good Netflix binge either).

I’ve lived with my current (soon to be previous) housemate since I moved here, but he’s gone and bought himself his first home, so I’m on the lookout for someone to take his place (including on the lease).
