About the property
Hello, name’s Finnian and I’m looking to rent out a room in the Kingston/Griffith area.
You’ll be very conveniently located in Griffith. There is a bus stop right across the road with buses that can take you into Civic and ANU in as little at 15 minutes.
You’re also a short walk from the Kingston shops which has a Supabahn as well as plenty of nice cafes and restaurants. If you want to walk a little bit further in the other direction you can go to the Manuka shops which has a Coles.
For those of you who are into fitness you're a short walk away from a Club Lime and an Anytime Fitness gym. We also have a swimming pool in the apartment complex.
You’ll be living with me (Finnian), my other house Ferenc, and three cats named Simba, Zeik, and Bluebell. I’m a uni student doing my honours in Political Science. Ferenc is a little older and he’s working in Architecture.

About the flatmates
Hello, my name is Finnian, and your other flatmate is Ferenc.
I’m in my early 20s and Ferenc his early 30s. I am currently studying an Honours degree in Political Science at ANU. And Ferenc works for an architecture firm.
Both of us are quite quiet and keep to ourselves. But also always happy to have a chat and hang out.
I like going to the gym, reading and watching sitcoms.
I also have three cats called Simba, Zeik, and Bluebell. Simba is a very affectionate ginger cat. Zeik is more skittish. And Bluebell also a bit skittish but very cute and friendly when she gets to know you.
