Hi everyone! Looking for someone to join me and Shreya in my townhouse in Harrison. LGBTQIA+ and student friendly. Room is available from 8 February (flexible with move-in).

Rent is $250 p/w incl internet. Other bills split evenly (water, gas, electricity), 3 week bond
Shared bathroom/toilet with Shreya
Looking for someone willing to stay for 6 months (with possible extension)
Fully furnished with double bed, desk and chair--common areas are fully furnished (slightly more furniture than in photos right now!)

2 minute walk to light rail (Mapleton Ave)--so using public transport its a convenient 20 min ride to the city centre and 5 minutes to Gungahlin shops
Large bedroom with inbuilt wardrobe with mirrors, plenty of storage area on the same floor and in the garage

Me: I'm a friendly, easy going, 33 y/o public servant. I'm into cooking, board games, politics, learning languages, playing guitar (but promise to keep it on the downlow late at night), exploring nature and gymming/sports. Shreya: I'm 23 y/o working FT in recruitment. In my spare time I enjoy cooking and watching a lot and lot of Netflix. On weekdays I usually prefer a quiet night after work. I’m usually a social person (unless I’ve had a horrible day at work) and would love to have chats and or go on walks together.
We're looking for someone ideally around the same age (mid 20s to early 30s but not a deal breaker), who is respectful and has some sharehouse xp. We're beyond hardcore partying but will have movie nights/dinners out together and a yarn. Both of us like to keep tidy/clean but are not neat freaks. Single non-smokers only please!
