The Room
Large-sized bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed and mattress (with under-bed drawers), two bedside tables, a large mirrored wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The bedroom also features direct access to the balcony. You will also get exclusive use of the second bathroom in the house, which is right across the hallway from the bedroom.

The Location
Hudson Square apartment building is located in a pretty convenient part of Harrison, with a Woolworths Metro and Nullarbor Avenue light rail stop right across the road. It’s a 20-minute ride into the city centre, or five minutes up to Gungahlin centre. No pools or gyms or anything like that, unfortunately!

The Apartment
Happy for you to make use of all the kitchen utensils/cookware/appliances, etc, as well as the laundry facilities, and living areas of the apartment. There is also a small storage cage in the car park if you need to store a few items.

Parking
This place is very convenient for someone without a car, given its location! However, if you do have a car, there is plenty of street parking, or I can help you get in contact with some neighbours who may be able to rent you one of their underground parking spots (my last flatmate did this). I’m also happy to negotiate with you to use the apartment’s parking spot if you would like a guaranteed spot for your tenancy.
