A fully furnished room with built in robes and heating, and your own bathroom right next to you. The only other person you share the property with is me.

The rest of the apartment/town house is also fully furnished including cutlery and cooking utensils. It apartment has a big balcony with some wisteria, jasmine and Japanese maple pot plants I'm trying to grow out. It's conviently located across the road from a bus stop, and the there's a tandem garage as well as on road parking. There's also a strata vege/fruit/herb garden, a swimming pool, a BBQ, and a entrance leading into a park. There's also an IGA, a gym, and a midnight coffee shop within walking distance.

I occasionally do dog sitting, so every now and then a pooch might grace us with its presence for a few days. Also built a possum box on the balcony for an occasional guest that graces is (not for rent).

Internet is paid for by my self (300Mb/s). The only bill is electricity split between us - and the strata recently installed solar panels.
