we are 3 family members, we live downstairs but my son may stay in a room upstairs, want to rent one upstairs room with ensuite. Upstairs is 2 rooms with hall, small kitchen and one bedroom with ensuite. The bedroom to rent is having a window seat with glass wardrobes.
