About the property
We have a very cozy and homely vibe at our house. It's got a lovely backyard and plenty of space out the front too. We are on a corner block and so have decent privacy and minimal neighbours. The house is a solid, well insulated property that doesn't get too hot nor cold, and gets plenty of breeze with views of Black Mtn. We have a great living room setup with a large couch, TV and plenty of gaming consoles, musical instruments and a large bookshelf. Meets energy efficiency requirements.

About the flatmates
Chris is a student and Tom works part time. We are sociable but also like our own company. We are pretty active, into the gym, running and cycling. Looking for a third housemate, ideally for a longer stay (lease renews in November) but are also flexible.
