MY HOUSE IS LOCATED IN JAMES STREET, ASCOT VALE: Please check location and public transport before inspection!!
Spacious kitchen, dining area with outdoor deck with backyard, and lounge area are the highlights of the house where you could unwind and have a drink. I spend a lot of time in the receiving area as I currently work part time from home. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large gas cook and oven, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, rice maker, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups… anything you need to make nutritious and delicious meals.
As a female lodger you will have access to a spacious bedroom with bed, linen, clothes storage, plenty of drawers, desk and a side lamp. There is also a washing machine, and drying rack for your convenience. Parking in front and side of the property is FREE!!!
* My House is located in James Street Ascot Vale and is just under 7 kilometres from Melbourne CBD (ABOUT 40 MINS BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT). It’s 10 to 15 minute walk to the Flemington racecourse and Railway station 🚉 Melbourne Showgrounds, Coles, restaurants, shops and a 5 minute walk towards the Maribyrnong river which has lots of bike and walking tracks.
**** If you like Spending money ? Highpoint Shopping 🛍️ Centre is 5 mins away across the river! 😃
Driving:
From my house it's a 5 minute drive to Highpoint shopping centre and a 15 minute drive or bike ride into the heart of Melbourne CBD.

Bus 472 🚌 & Train:🚂
A couple of minutes walk from my house to the bus stop which leaves every 20 mins and you will be soon at Ascot Vale Station or Footscray Station in around 10 mins. Or walk 14 minutes from my house to Flemington Station 🚉 and just a few stops away from Southern Cross station 🚉 in Melbourne CBD. (OVERALL 40mins Approximately from my house to Melbourne CDB
Trams:🚃
It's around 15 minute walk to the tram stop (57 tram route) and then to the city (Queen Vic Market) is 24 minutes. 10 minute walk to tramstop if you have long legs :).
*No pets allowed (have a furry cat at home)
