The house is a 1 min walk from a tram stop for either the 57 (CBD/Highpoint) or 82 (Moonee Ponds/Footscray) tram, and about a 10 min walk to Ascot Vale station. The woolies metro is on the corner and Union Rd a few minutes walk away. 10 minutes from Brunswick, 5-10 minutes to Footscray, 5 minutes to Moonee Ponds, 5-10 minutes to Essendon, 5 minutes to Flemington, 15 minutes to North Melbourne and 5 minutes to the Maribyrnong river. Super central and easy to get around with trams, trains, buses and Ubers are always available. Rent is $250 a week, $1073 a month and bond is $960. Bills about $120-150 a month each. You'll be living with myself and one other person. I'm in my thirties and work in marketing. I would say I’m fairly extroverted so if you’d also like a more friendly household where we chat, watch movies/trash tv together, go to the pub etc, this might be a good fit. I enjoy painting, fashion, DJ’ing, going to a café and go to local pubs and bars.
