The apartment is right outside the tram stop, with the city around 20 minutes away. The bedroom is unfurnished, and approximately 3.5 x 3.0 metres, with your own bathroom. The rest of the apartment (living, kitchen and laundry) is fully furnished. I’m looking for a respectful housemate who is tidy in shared spaces and comfortable keeping common areas clear.

Rent is $1,350 per month. Bond is $1,350.
A secure car space is available for an additional $200 per month if required. You will need to be added to the lease subject to landlord approval.The current lease ends in September, with intention to renew.

The apartment has a washing machine (no dryer). Air conditioning is in the main living area only.

Utilities are not included. Electricity and hot water are billed monthly, and internet is billed monthly. All are shared equally. Water is billed quarterly.

I work full-time during the week and study on weekends, and I’m usually out seeing my partner once or twice a week. My partner may stay over occasionally (around once a week). Open to male or female housemates, but no couples.

Best suited to a working professional or mature student looking for a calm, low-stress home.
