Hi everyone,
My housemate and I have a beautiful master bedroom available in our home located in Ascot Vale! We are looking for a female housemate to join us 6 March!
Rent is $1303.60/month ($325.90/week) plus bills (usually around $100/month). Bond is a little under month rent.
You would be joining us on the lease too. There is heaps of off street car parking available too.
Our modern house is under a 5 minute walk to Union Road, with the 57 tram line into the city as well as various cafes and a Woolies Metro just around the block.
Ascot Vale train is also a 10-15 minute walk away.
About us - we are two Christian females involved in our local churches. I work in the city, I'm sporty, social and in my 30's. My housemate works for her church, likes a good book and a cup of tea! We are friendly, clean and respectful housemates.
