Hello,

I'm looking for a housemate.

The bedroom comes with a double bed and it has a wardrobe storage for clothes. It has amazing views and is sunlit as it is on the second floor.

I’m looking for someone preferably someone in their late twenties/30s, clean and tidy, respectable of other people's space and down for a chilled wine and movie night every now and then.

There is no direct parking but there is street parking available.

It is located within 10 min short walk to Balaclava station and close to all the cafes and restaurants on Carlisle St, as well as being 10 mins away from Chapel St.

There is also a communal garden at the bottom of the apartment, if you are a avid plants fan too with a green thumb.

I love all things fitness and trying new things and I'm always looking for someone to join me at my flamenco classes. I love to cook and always up for trying to make new dishes and desserts.

Preferably you must have experience living with a cat as I have a pet kitty, and no working from home (apologies).
