With built in storage and furnishings in all the main rooms, you'd just have to take care of your bedroom. There's also a laundry out the back with a washer and dryer.

About the flatmates

I'm 27, originally from Newcastle NSW and moved to Melbourne a few year ago. Women's sport tragic, hot chocolate connoisseur and the longest marathon I ever did was all the Marvel movies.

I work full time in an office job (go in 3 times a week) and also play and volunteer for my local soccer club so am out of the house a few nights a week with that, plus one day on the weekend.

I'm looking for someone who's friendly, tidy and respectful. Would love to hang out occasionally and explore or chill in the house, but also don't mind giving each other space. Pretty easygoing.

Happy to connect you with the housemate moving out too for a reference!
